Refund Policy

At Tasa Diamonds, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange eligible items delivered to you within 7 to 30 days, depending on the product type. For details specific to your item, please check the individual product page.

Eligibility Criteria

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and documents must be included.
  • A return invoice generated with your return label must be enclosed.
  • Items that have been worn, engraved, customized, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 5 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within another 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Special and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • If your order arrives damaged, refuse the delivery or email us at support@tasadiamonds.com within 2 working days of receipt. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Return or Exchange

For Orders Within India

We provide complimentary return shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges. To begin, either email us at support@tasadiamonds.com or go to your account's ‘Orders’ section to generate your free return label.

For International Orders

Customers outside India can initiate a return by contacting us at support@tasadiamonds.com.

Please note: Shipping fees, duties, and customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Tasa Diamonds cannot be held liable for delays due to international customs processes.

Once your return label has been issued, please ensure your parcel is handed over at an official FedEx location within 7 days. Returns without a valid return invoice or refused deliveries will not be processed for refunds.

⚠️ Items dropped off at FedEx Drop Boxes or unstaffed locations are not covered. Always keep your shipping receipt as proof—it ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Order Changes or Cancellation

If you'd like to make changes to your order or cancel it, please reach out to us at support@tasadiamonds.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If the item has already been dispatched, we’ll guide you through the return process once it has been delivered.

Track Your Return

To monitor your return:

  • Visit the ‘Orders’ section of your Tasa Diamonds account.
  • Use the provided tracking number to follow your return shipment.
  • Once your package reaches us and is verified, your return status will change from “In Progress” to “Received.”
